TIRANA, April 21 /ATA/ – Prime Minister Edi Rama stated today that Albanians have been attracted at different moments in their history by figures who have told them to follow the easiest ways.

Speaking in a meeting with the local residents of Fushë-Krujë, Rama said that, “I guess no other people, in no other language than Albanian has the expression ‘the shortest way happens to be the longest’.

Our people has been forced to say this proverb that we inherit from generation to generation from grandparents, from parents and we tell our children so often, beware the short way, is the long way”.

“The boss of one of the pyramid schemes Rrapush Xhaferri used to go from city to city, accompanied by a caravan of cars, just like Lulzim Basha of the DP does today. And what did Rrapush Xhaferri do when he stopped and when they waited for him with songs and dances as the savior? Rrapush Xhaferri used to say, “Hey men, why are you tired, men, why do you have to go to work, why do you have to try to get up at 4 in the morning and work the land? Why should you wonder what will happen tomorrow? Here you have me, give me the money and I give you double, you go to the cafe, deal with politics. You go to cafes and watch football”, Rama emphasized./p.s./
