Data published from the National Agency for Information Society show that around 1.2 million citizens benefited direct public services, saving them wait time equal to 293 years by eliminating long-queues.

The online delivery of the public services has also saved around 1.36 million euros for citizens after elimination of the taxes and tariffs for the service and documents.

Digitalization of the public service delivery system as part of the government’s digital revolution has turned out to be a success story that has drawn praise from the international organizations like OECD, UN, State Department, the European Commission and RESPA.
