With a history dating back nearly 3,000 years, it offers a number of cultural heritage monuments and sites, providing a variety of experiences for travelers and history enthusiasts.

The online portal Youth Cultural Heritage, developed by TED Center NGO under the EU4Culture grants programme, can help you explore the city’s treasures by providing insightful information on cultural and historical landmarks.

“If you’re curious to learn more about archaeological artifacts, you can check out their rich descriptions of Durrës’ most prominent historical objects,” the EU4Culture Albania said via the social media.

The portal also aims to encourage the youth to appreciate the beauty and importance of archaeology and cultural heritage.
