KESH purchased the amount of electricity in a single auction with the total contracted quantity of electricity estimated at 33 600 MWh at the highest price of 162.50 euros and the lowest contracted price being 161.70 euros.

Data from the power corporation show that the weighted purchase price was 162.19 euros.

The lack of rain and snow has reduced Albania’s electricity production from the three main hydropower plants on the Drin River cascade.
