In her remarks, Minister Denaj said that, in order to fulfill the legal obligations provided in the law “On the register of beneficiary owner”, as well as to carry out a process as much efficient as comprehensive, it was estimated that the deadline for fulfilling this obligation until March 31 was not sufficient, therefore, we considered necessary the extension of the deadline.

In these circumstances, following the amendments of this normative act, regarding the Register of Beneficiary Owners, the deadline for fulfilling the legal obligation by entities is extended until 30.06.2021. //a.i/
