According to the DP, Judge Agron Zhukri breached his decision to put on hold the adjudication of the case until the next trial on the DP’s request for statutory changes is completed.

“On March 23, he scheduled the hearing inexplicably, although the final decision of the other judge to register the statutory changes has not been delivered and has not been notified to us,” the DP says.

The Democratic Party informs SPAK that it has appealed the decision, as the court has not ruled on all its requests. Due to the complaint, the register of Political Parties did not include the statutory changes of July 17.

DP asks SPAK to administer the court footage, documenting the meeting of Judge Zhukri with one of the representatives of the Re-establishment Commission.

DP clarifies that Judge Zhukri has scheduled the hearing after this meeting.
