In a press statement via the social media, the DP chairman said the vetting process would tell Albanian citizens who are the corrupt politicians.

“It is now time to tell Albanian citizens who are the corrupt politicians and those with links to the organized crime,” Basha stated.

“It is time that through the vetting for vetting politicians we build a political class clean from corruption and organized crime links,” Basha added.

The opposition proposal offers a process for vetting politicians similar to the one implemented under the justice reform.
