Manja made a statement to the media saying that all the directorate members of the affiliated Durrës Cadastre Agency have already been dismissed.

“So practically, we have referred to the Director of the State Cadastre Agency the dismissal of this affiliated directorate. The dismissal order includes all the staff beginning from the director to the specialist, head of the ownership transfer sector and ten specialists of this directorate. There are 215 legalization files of objects that have been reviewed by our inspectors only for the period August-October 2021. And it turned out that these files lacked the required documentation by law. There has been an abusive and fictitious work practice without self-declarations, without field registration acts, without property cards or legal status of property, without indicator maps and a series of other violations”, he said.

Manja emphasized that the case that we will make public today has to do with the State Cadastre Agency, especially with the legalizations.

In the statement for the media, Manja said that today there was published the report of “Transparency International” on the perception of corruption, I mean that we have started to study it in detail and seriously in all the findings of the report.

“The publication of the report is an impetus for us, but the first impetus is the service to the country and the Albanian citizens and I would like this to apply to other actors and factors in the country,” he said./p.s./
