TIRANA, April 29 / ATA/ The People’s Ombudsman Endrit Shabani received Commissioner for Protection from Discrimination Robert Gajda, in a meeting that reaffirmed their joint commitment to strengthening cooperation in the defense of fundamental human rights and freedoms.

 

The meeting also underscored the need for a coordinated approach to the complex challenges of the digital era, where safeguarding privacy and human dignity remains vulnerable to new forms of violation.

The meeting also focused on strengthening safeguards to ensure that every citizen in Albania is treated with integrity, transparency and full respect by the public administration.
