Basha said that this agreement which is the outcome of a two-year dialogue and negotiations outlines the commitments and pledges of the future government to thousands of people with disabilities and their families in Albania.

“This agreement is the outcome of a dialogue and negotiations that started more than two years ago. The agreement is not centered on simply the governmental, budgetary commitments, it is centered on the establishment of the European standard, consultation, coordination and decision making with people with disabilities on every facet of life,” Basha said.
