This directorate will serve the citizens of two municipalities, Mat and Klos, who currently receive these services in Dibra, far away from their place of residence.

The Deputy Prime Minister, also Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, together with the General Director of DPSHTRR, Ilir Menga and the Mayor of Mat, Agron Malaj, saw first-hand the progress of the works.

Director Mënga said that this office, which will have a staff of 15 people, residents of the area, will be functional within June. “We have a new building, which spans about 3,000 square meters,” he said.
Highlighting the fast pace of the works, the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy said that it was important to establish this directorate in the area of Mati, as it reduces the costs for the citizens and significantly saves time.
