TIRANA, Aug 9 /ATA/ The new building of Regional Directorate for Road Services in Berat offers decent conditions for employees and citizens that receive its services.

Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, inspected on Monday the new premises of this directorate, where citizens access nearly 90 thousand services per year in conditions up o the standards.

Balluku added that the new building in Berat is part of the countrywide drive to transform all buildings where regional transport directorates offer their services.

The director of DPSHTRR (Road Transport Service Directorate General) Blendi Gonxhja said that, “we are in one of the regions that covers 5 municipalities and offers about 90 thousand services per year. This directorate attends to a large number of vehicles as well. The service of automotorism consists of many sectors that provide services to the citizens. The working conditions in Berat were far below the standards. Other than the rent, the building and technology were obsolete.”

“I note with pride that the what we see right now is way more beautiful than the images of 3D project,” the minister said.
