In her remarks, Bilali said that all three pillars of the budget are closely linked to entrepreneurship.

According to Bilali, through this budget there is a guarantee of 1 billion ALL for the entrepreneurship.

“The guarantee of 1 billion ALL for the entrepreneurship is the right step towards increasing the value chain and making” Made in Albania “products a competitive brand,” Bilali said.
The Minister informed that for the first time, startups are financed through a fund of 10 million euros.
Regarding digitalization, the minister said that every service that is digitized means more time and money saved for the business.

According to her, there are already 1200 online services offered to the business. “Albania is the only country in the region that completes the list for electronic services and statistics in terms of digital governance,” said Bilali.

Bilali stressed that digitalization reform increases the quality of service to business and improves the fight against corruption.
