Berisha stated, “A president of the republic, in order to show that the Constitution and the law mean nothing, and to reveal himself as a pitiful servant of his unlawful actions, displaying complete submission, has dishonored the Constitution by appointing the virtual minister Diella and issuing the decree alongside the prime minister in an unprecedented move.”

Berisha emphasized that “Diella’s sole purpose is to divert all responsibility through theft, effectively enabling theft through Diella.”
