While presenting the “Building New Bridges towards Albania 2030” program, a new initi3ative focused on developing public properties and creating new public infrastructure, administrative, tourism, cultural, and social projects through partnerships with private enterprises, Rama stated, “We are here to roll out the first projects, which are the outcome of international competitions.”

Rama emphasized, “These projects involve joint developments with entrepreneurship and will be selected through open competitions. On one hand, they aim to provide the state with new spaces that comply with European standards for public administration. On the other hand, they offer entrepreneurial opportunities to do business, establishing a relationship with the state similar to the one between entrepreneurs and private property owners in the construction industry.”

Rama expressed confidence, stating, “This process will allow us to develop a new profile for the public sector, one that is entrepreneurial, and it will place us among countries where such practices and experiences have long been established and are well-consolidated.”
