The State Minister for Entrepreneurship noted that the deregulation process is designed to ease and streamline public services delivered to both business community and citizens.

“The deregulation process clearly aims at cutting response time, reducing paperwork and remove bureaucratic procedures with the tax authorities,” she said.

Multiple rules for business can hinder entrepreneurship and reduce investment and deregulation is considered an important reform for improving the investment climate and indicators of the Doing business Report.

Deregulation refers to changes that improve regulatory quality to increase economic performance, cost effectiveness or the legal quality of relevant institutional rules and formalities.

The reform goal is to improve the daily life of citizens in their relations with the administration, to reduce bureaucracy, save financial and human resources for the business.
