The National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) stated that the meeting centered on specific steps to implement projects that will enhance cybersecurity in these two critical sectors, highlighting the direct benefits these efforts will offer in reinforcing defenses against the escalating threats in the digital domain.

The Director of the National Cybersecurity Authority, Igli Tafa, thanked the representatives of the U.S. Department of State for their consistent support and emphasized that the direct involvement of institutions from the energy and financial sectors is essential for building a stronger and more secure system.
Tafa also stated that these projects are a concrete testimony of the mutual trust and strategic partnership between the two countries.

The National Cybersecurity Authority expressed its appreciation for the ongoing engagement and cooperation with U.S. partners, as well as for the active role of domestic institutions in this process.
