Health Minister noted that the number of free of charge dental consultations has significantly increased from around 5,900 consultations and procedures performed during the same period of the previous year.

“I am receiving treatment at the University Dental Clinic for two days now. Frankly speaking, I didn’t expect to see such state-of-the-art equipment, high quality service and professionalism at this clinic,” a patient said.

The Director of the University Dental Clinic, Belisa Kaleci, said that the practice is a public institution that provides dental care to all Albanian citizens for free. She added that based on the existing regulatory framework, the clinic also provides care to foreign nationals residing in Albania.

“The dental clinic provides care to local and foreign visitors during the summer tourist season. As many as 1200 patients received dental care during July alone,” Kaleci added.

The University Dental Clinic provides a full range of dental care services.
