Denaj stated that the scheme supports farmers and agribusinesses planning to build new farms for livestock breeding or poultry production.

The minister added that livestock investors are eligible for grants covering up to 50% of their total investment, capped at 15 million ALL per beneficiary. To qualify, applicants must build facilities with minimum capacities of: 10 cattle, 100 ruminants (sheep or goats), 10 breeding sows, or 10,000 poultry.

In addition to the grant, applicants may benefit from soft loans with an interest rate of just 2%, along with a sovereign guarantee covering 70% of the collateral—enabling full project financing without financial barriers.

The program aims to boost domestic production, generate more employment opportunities in rural areas, and modernize production capacities in the livestock and poultry sectors.

The application deadline is September 30, 2025.
