Parliament Speaker Nikolla thanked Ambassador Ludva for his successful mission as Ambassador and for some time as Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in Albania, for his contribution to strengthening and expanding bilateral relations, intensifying parliamentary cooperation and for the Czech Republic’s assistance in extinguishing wildfires and contribution to the reconstruction of areas affected by the devastating November 26, 2019 earthquake.

“I appreciate the support and determination of the Czech Republic in support of Albania’s European journey as an “advocate” of our journey to the EU, as well as its contribution in the framework of support from the Visegrad Group for the integration of the Western Balkans, “Nikolla said.

On his part, Ambassador Jaroslav Ludva thanked Parliament Speaker Nikolla for appreciating bilateral cooperation and his contribution and stressed that the Czech Republic’s support for Albania will continue and relations between the two countries will be strengthened and expanded.
