At the activity organized on Saturday which was attended by Minister of Culture, Elva Margariti and Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports of Kosovo, Hajrulla Çeku, the subordinate institutions signed 4 agreements.

The National Theater of Opera and Ballet and the Folk Ensemble of Albania signed a protocol of cooperation with the Opera, Philharmonic, National Ballet of Kosovo and the “Shota” National Ensemble of Songs and Dances.

This protocol provides for participation in joint productions, as well as the use by the Kosovo Opera of the Albanian archive for all works that are not copyrighted. It also envisages the use of TKOBAP spaces for concert premieres or restaging from the Kosovo Opera.

Also, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the National Historical Museum of Albania and the Historical Museum of Kosovo.

This agreement envisages the commitment of the institutions responsible for the implementation of joint projects for events, dates and personalities of the history of our National Culture.

National Library of Albania and the National Library of Kosovo “Pjetër Bogdani” also signed a memorandum of understanding.

The agreement envisages cooperation in the collection, enrichment, preservation, maintenance of written and printed national heritage.
