Peleshi emphasized that all responsible persons were suspended from their duties straight away.

“We strongly condemn any illegal activity. We encourage the law-enforcement bodies to do their duty in every case!”, said Peleshi.
The State Police announced on Saturday that the anti-cannabis mega-operation coded “FOCUS” is ongoing throughout the country, involving the local police directorates in each district, the Border Police and the RIF.

As part of this operation in the village of Zall Herr, during the control in the territory of a military unit, 125 cannabis plants were found and uprooted.

The police said that 3 employees of the military unit were arrested on charges of abuse of duty, citizens G. M., 52 years old, as Head of Security Section, R. K., 25 years old, Intelligence Specialist and G. Zh., 45 years old, security specialist.
