The cruise ship is currently following a Mediterranean route, with a visit to the country’s largest seaport included in its cultural and tourism itinerary.

Today, Prime Minister Edi Rama posted on social media images from the “MV Deutschland” docking at the Port of Durrës with 463 German passengers aboard.

During their stay in Albania, tourists will have the opportunity to visit some of the country’s most important historical and archaeological attractions, including the ancient city of Durrës, the Krujë Castle, and the UNESCO-protected museum center of Berat.

The cruise ship arrived in Durrës after sailing from the Port of Vathi in Greece and will continue its itinerary towards Kotor, Montenegro.
