The Bank of Albania announces that the new loan hit the value of ALL 22.3 billion, which is twice as high compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.

According to BoA, lending in March is significantly higher compared to January and February.
Credit growth is distributed across all major market segments, business, households, corporations, which indicates a more positive trend towards a return to the growth rates of consumption, investment and economy in general.

On an annual basis, the loan portfolio grew by about 2.2%.
