The court held on Thursday the session for the assessment of the measure “House arrest” placed on former deputy minister by SPAK.

The prosecution has charged Voda with exerting illegal influence on persons exercising public functions, committed in complicity.

“The investigative actions carried out as part of criminal proceedings in cooperation with the judicial police of the State Police Directorate have obtained and collected concrete evidence, which amount to reasonable suspicions that the citizen Rovena Voda, in her capacity as Deputy Minister of Interior, has received monetary gifts and material benefits from citizens Majlinda Hasani and Florida Beu, ” according to SPAK.
