Prime Minister Edi Rama published on Wednesday the report of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, according to which, Albania ranks first in the region in provision of digital services.
Prime Minister Rama also announced that the counters for document-based services will be phased out by April 30.

“Albania moves up to the 17th place from 33rd in digital services and is a leader in the region. On April 30, we will phase out the document-based service counters, bringing an end to corruption, waiting lines, delays in obtaining a state document,” Rama said.
