According to Nikolla, cooperation with Land NRW, one of the most powerful economic regions in Germany and Europe, is an added value for Albania.

Nikolla received assurance for cooperation between parliamentary committees and lawmakers, especially young deputies, with a focus on the consolidation of democracy.

“Delighted to hear from President Kuper the proposal that the Assembly and Landtag NRW build a process of cooperation between parliamentary committees and deputies, especially young deputies, with a focus on the consolidation of democracy and the democratic education of youth and citizens, through the programs they are implementing in the Landtag and in schools”, Parliament Speaker said.

Also, parliament speaker pointed out that during the meeting they discussed the possibilities of cooperation in sectors such as transport services, infrastructure, industry, tourism, education, SMEs, etc.
“The Assembly and Parliament of the Land NRW will foster this cooperation. Bilateral cooperation is also intensifying in the framework of the Berlin Process and the summit that will be held on October 16, in Tirana, is a landmark event for the Europeanization of the region, but also for bilateral cooperation”, Nikolla said.
