According to INSTAT, the sector with the largest impact on producers of goods for the number of active enterprises 7.2% and the number of employees 20.0% is the processing industry sector, while construction had the largest impact on net sales 12.1% and investments 18.1 %.

In 2020, the number of active enterprises for 2020 is 102,574 recording a decrease of 1.5% compared to 2019.

Enterprises that operated in trade have the highest percentage of the number of enterprises, with 39.2%. The total number of employees has decreased by 26,867 in 2020 or 5.1%, compared to 2019.
INSTAT reports that producers of services account for 63.2%, while producers of goods 36.8%. Net sales in 2020 reached the value of ALL 2.148 billion, marking a decrease of 5.1% compared to 2019. Sales reported by service providers for 2020 account for 67.3% of total sales.
