Prime Minister Edi Rama, who attended the ceremony, emphasized that Shkodra is being revitalized day by day and is gaining the new dimension of a touristic destination of Albania.

“It is a great pleasure to see such a big event happening in Shkodra. It is really a very beautiful moment that we are here today with 5 international reputable studios”, said Rama.
The Prime Minister estimated that this means 5 possibilities, one of which will be chosen by the jury to build a facility which is not just a private building.

“It is an object that we intend to turn into a landmark of this century for Shkodra, which boasts monuments, traces of history, where each generation has left its own trace and where this building will be a trace, which will be added to this heritage of Shkodra for the generations to come”, emphasized Rama.
Rama also emphasized that the project for the Museum of Memory is already at the final stage and will be an added value for the city of Shkodra.

“This is a historic event for Shkodra, because this event hits the ground running to leave a new mark for the generations to come,” said Rama.
