The Commission of Appeals and Sanctions upheld the decision of the State Election Commissioner entitled “On the Approval of the Summary Table of Voting Results in the Korça Electoral District, for Electoral Subjects and Parliamentary Candidates in the May 11, 2025 general elections.”

Furthermore, by majority vote, the Commission of Appeals and Sanctions ruled to dismiss the appeal submitted by the DP-AMA Coalition, which sought the annulment of the elections held on May 11 in the Lezhë electoral district, on the grounds that the request was not based on law or evidence, upholding the decision of the State Election Commissioner entitled “On the Approval of the Summary Table of Voting Results in the Lezhë Electoral District, for Electoral Subjects and Candidates for Members of Parliament in the May 11, 2025 general elections.”
By a majority vote, the Commission of Appeals and Sanctions ruled to dismiss the appeal submitted by the DP-AMA Coalition, which requested the annulment of the elections held on May 11 in the Gjirokastra electoral district, arguing that it lacks legal basis and is unsupported by evidence, upholding the decision of the State Election Commissioner titled “On the Approval of the Summary Table of Voting Results in the Gjirokastar Electoral District, for Electoral Subjects and Candidates for Members of Parliament in the May 11, 2025 general elections.”
