TIRANA, June 30 /ATA/ Agrotourism “Hajdar Kuçi” embraces the well-known “farm-to-fork” concept, offering a unique experience for every visitor seeking tranquility, natural beauty, and authentic Albanian flavors.

Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Anila Denaj, shared on social media the example of the agrotourism site “Hajdar Kuçi,” located just minutes away from the capital, in the village of Marikaj, between Tirana a
nd Durrës.

“Agrotourism Hajdar Kuçi highlights authentic ‘Made in Albania’ products through its ‘farm-to-fork’ philosophy, offering a unique experience to visitors seeking tranquility, natural beauty, and authentic Albanian flavors. Led by Hajdar, a skilled agronomist, and his wife Lindita, this agrotourism embodies their heartfelt dedication to the land and cultural heritage, with every detail—from warm hospitality to eco-friendly farming—reflecting their commitment. The farm, boasting vineyards, olive groves, seasonal vegetable greenhouses, pomegranate orchards, beekeeping, and livestock, stands as a testament to the seamless harmony between nature and traditional Albanian gastronomy,” Denaj remarked.

Denaj explained that “through the National Investment Scheme, investors can access co-financing opportunities covering up to 50% of project costs via grants. This is further enhanced by Soft Loan instruments, supported by a Sovereign Guarantee, enabling financing at a highly competitive interest rate of just 2% and collateral coverage of up to 70%. For projects in mountainous regions, additional incentives are available under the Mountain Support Package, offering even more favorable conditions for rural development and agribusiness investment.”
