TIRANA, July 9 /ATA/ The Center for Openness and Dialogue (COD) celebrated its 10th anniversary.

“On this special anniversary, we returned to our roots to reflect on a decade of work, creativity, and collaboration,” wrote COD Director Jetona Koçibelli on the center’s online profile.

COD was founded on July 8, 2015, as a forward-thinking initiative aimed at opening the Prime Minister’s building to the public.

Over the past decade, it has evolved into a distinctive space where politics meets art, culture, and dialogue—hosting thousands of visitors, public figures, artists, and creators from across the globe. COD has consistently functioned as an open forum for fresh ideas, exhibitions, public debates, and events that promote inclusivity and transparency.

In a welcoming and friendly setting, past and present COD collaborators came together at the Prime Minister’s building to share memories, ideas, and inspirational messages for the center’s future—envisioning it not merely as a physical venue, but as a collective vision for dialogue and cultural growth.
