“The payment of claims during the period January-July 2021 decreased by 6.99% compared to January-July 2020.
The highest share of the gross paid claims belongs to motor insurance which is estimated at about ALL 2,386 million, or 56.21% of the total gross paid claims,” the Financial Supervision Authority says.

According to the FSA, the number of claims paid in January-July 2021 increased by 3,322 and reached the figure of 31,240 of which 29,924 claims were paid by Non-Life insurance companies and 1,316 by Life insurance companies.
