“The killing of dozens of civilians in Kramatorsk just one day after being suspended from the UN’s Human Rights Council because of the atrocities it has committed in Ukraine is yet more a proof of the criminal nature of Russia’s aggression,” the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

Xhaçka underlined “it is clear now that these are not isolated cases.”

“The murder of civilians has become a standard part of Russia’s military activity. The world must unite in condemnation of this cruel illegal war and the criminal regime that is waging it,” she stated.
