QKKF director Melsi Qirici said the competition, titled “Seeds of Artists from Around the World,” is organised by the World Institute of Youth Art, a cultural association based in Troyes, France.

This year’s theme, “The Beauty of Life – Fauna and Flora,” inspired 24 works by young Albanian artists, who express their love for nature and convey the message that the natural world is beautiful only when it is protected and cared for.

The selected drawings depict marine life from the depths of the sea, life on land and birds in flight across open skies.

The works were created using a range of techniques, including pencil, coloured pencil, watercolour, pastel, acrylic and mixed media.

Winners will be announced on April 15, 2026, followed by an exhibition of submitted works in Troyes from June 2 to June 6.
