Mayor Erion Veliaj said that in addition to the two famous Albanian singers, in the square there will be a super spectacle of fireworks.

“With Elvana and Alban we have planned a super surprise for tomorrow night: We will look forward to the New Year, the year when Tirana will be the “European Capital of Youth”. We will start the concert at 22:00, so that people have the opportunity to finish dinner, and then celebrate with a super fireworks show – perhaps the most beautiful show for children – through which we want to convey the message that life goes on”, said Veliaj.

The mayor said that next year, when Tirana will be the “European Capital of Youth”, will be a golden opportunity to show who we are.

In the change of years, when Tirana officially receives the title “European Youth Capital”, it will be the most European image and talent that Albania has produced. I would like that, as we start this year with Albani and Elvana, we will convey our best, not that everything is perfect, but when we are the “European Capital of Youth” we have the historic chance to show that we are modern, that here there are talents, boys and girls who work hard in all fields. I would like to start it in a lucky way and wish everyone from the square a spectacle of fireworks with the best music in the country, a good year 2022!” said Veliaj./p.s./
