The meeting focused on reviewing the findings of the Election Day report and engaging in an open discussion on the drafting of recommendations for the Mission’s final observation report.
The discussion emphasized the importance of involving all responsible institutions and political actors in addressing the recommendations through an inclusive and well-coordinated Electoral Reform process.
In a social media post, Celibashi emphasized that the OSCE/ODIHR recommendations are key to enhancing electoral processes—not just from a technical and administrative perspective, but also in terms of developing clearer and more consistent legislation.
