According to the decision, each of the 11 electoral entities is entitled to have only one observer per counting group and one observer per district.

Civil society organizations must resubmit their request for observer accreditation to the Central Election Commission via the Observer Portal no later than 12:00 PM on May 16, 2025, according to the decision.
