At the session of February 3, the legal representative of President of the Republic, Bledar Dervishaj asked for time to answer the 70 questions that the members of the court and representatives of parliament addressed to them.

Dervishaj objected to the procedure followed by Parliament to establish the commission of inquiry into the dismissal of Meta.

“The parliament of the last legislature initiated a fictitious, political investigation process, dictated by order, as they could not legitimize a commission of that kind, because there were no grounds to start the process for dismissal of the president as laid down in the Constitution, ” said Dervishaj.
