“Abdixhiku told a press conference in Pristina, ‘We are proposing the commencement of a new political process. In line with this, the LDK suggests launching this process with all parties to form a national caretaker government.'”
Abdixhiku was invited by the leader of the Self-Determination Movement, Albin Kurti, to form a governing coalition on Monday, the same day that the 11th attempt to constitute the Assembly of Kosovo failed.
However, Abdixhiku stated that his party’s positions have not changed and that it does not wish to cooperate with the Self-Determination Movement. “I have considered cooperation with Kurti to be impossible,” he said.
