TIRANA, May 1 /ATA/ – Director General of the Co-Governance and Dialogue Agency Eridana Çano answered to the public questions on how the online public service delivery system will monitored, ensuring at the same time real-time delivery and quality in service provision.

Çano underlined that a system of circulation of the official documents bearing e-signature will monitor whole volume of work being carried out by all state institutions in providing public services to the citizens.

“The Agency coordinators will monitor all the applications, arrange work with the institutions and guarantee real-time and quality delivery of the services,” she said.

Çano noted that the Co-Governance and Dialogue Agency has proven to be efficient in delivering public services.

“In four years and half, the Agency has handled more than 153,000 complaints and we have ultimately tackled more than 61% of them. In the meantime, the Agency will be monitoring the process, when the applications need additional documents,” she said.

Çano also reiterated that all employees in the public service delivery institutions will continue working in their position even after the online public service delivery system enters into force starting today, May 1.
