Speaking at the event for the presentation of SP candidates in Shkodra, Beci said that, “it has been an important juncture with regard to the way and further decisions to join forces, to work and to think how many problems should be addressed and how many areas can be developed,” said Beci.

“If you remember, we were holding a meeting in Bajram Curri. You asked me to arrange a meeting with the mayor of DP at that time about investments. A meeting was organized there and we sat down working, drafting projects and studying schemes how to work with the mayor at the time, who received us and cooperated with us on some projects. So we planned some investments in water supply system, in infrastructure. But in fact what I remember is that we left the marks of a work that produced incredible results later, ” said Beci.

It is a dynamism, an unrelenting drive and will and to get things done. I have appreciated all this time of working together, when we managed to build things that everyone has seen, incredible things. You see today in Albania investments up to European standards. We made investments in Gjirokastra, we worked with ADF funding in Berat. We have worked in all surroundings of Shkodra, such as Vermosh, Tamara, Velipoja, Shiroka, Marubi and many more,” Beci said.

“What I intend to say is that this team is as much complementary as diverse. “It has the potential to implement many projects and create coordination opportunities to propel Shkodra region into development,” he said.
