“Political parties have now presented their lists for April 25 elections. It is now up to CEC Albania in consultation with the General Prosecution office, to vet the candidates. Decriminalization law must be fully applied and high integrity standards for all candidates must be met,” the EU ambassador, Luigi Soreca, said.

The appeal of ambassador Soreca follows close on the heels of media briefing by US ambassador, Yuri Kim. /j.p/sm/
