During a press conference on oil explorations in Shpirag alongside the Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, Rama said that the online system of providing cadastral services has upset the notaries and those standing around the Cadastre.

“If you check out the volume of services provided by the Cadastre since it switched to online system, it is much higher than before. It is a system that upsets the notaries. “Many others who have stood around the Cadastre like hyenas are on edge,” said Rama.

He also added that at the beginning it takes time to use the system.

From July 3, 71 Cadastre services are accessed online through the “e-Albania” platform.
These services have gone online as part of the reform undertaken by the government in the Cadastre sector, which the Prime Minister describes as the immovable property bank.
