TIRANA, 26 June /ATSH/ – The Regional Directorate of the State Cadastre Agency in Korçë processed a high volume of applications during the first five months of 2026, maintaining a steady pace in the delivery of cadastral services and the formalisation of property ownership.

According to official figures, the office handled 47,860 cadastral service requests through the e-Albania digital platform between January and May, improving access to services for citizens and reducing waiting times at service counters.

During the same period, 4,152 citizens received property ownership certificates, while 535 informal residential buildings were legalised as part of the government’s programme to formalise unauthorised construction.

The Korçë Cadastre Office said the digitalisation of its services had improved administrative efficiency and increased transparency in the handling of citizens’ applications.

The State Cadastre Agency said it remains committed to further improving its processes and enhancing the quality of cadastral services across the country.
