160 medium, small and micro-sized enterprises operating in the sector of tourism attended the stage of tailor-made coaching which was a key step in mitigating the impact of COVID-19 crisis and ensuring business recovery while adjusting to new normality.

The advisors and coaches were introduced to beneficiary businesses and their issues sharing opinions as well as analyzing details about the relevant sectors during the online meetings.

During the trainings they learned about PESTEL analysis, market demands, as well as changes and adaptations as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Experts in the field see this project a good start for a smooth post-covid recovery under the proper supervision.
