Referring to the decision, the owners of the expropriated properties are compensated in full value.

The total value of the expropriation is covered by the Transmission System Operator (TSO), sh.a.
Procedural costs, in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL, will be covered by the budget approved for the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.
