Prime Minister Edi Rama announces in a post on social media that the new budget continues to guarantee provision of free textbooks for 231 thousand students from the I-9 grade.

In addition, the budget for Education supports about 18 thousand students from the needy social strata attending upper secondary education.

The 2024 budget will provide free transportation during the year for over 38,000 students and 12,000 teachers. The 2024 budget will support about 3,600 students of pre-university education from the social strata in need.
