At the end, the water treatment plant in Bovilla will have a maximum production of 3600 l/s.

Mayor of Tirana Erion Veliaj said that this is the work that has experienced the greatest transformation. Tirana has been in need of such an investment for years.

Veliaj also highlighted the fact that following a situation of large losses in the water system and theft, now, the amount of water that goes to the taps of families in the capital has experienced a three-fold increase.

In this facility, there is also work underway for the construction of the water tank, which has a volume of 30,000 m3. /k.s/p.s./
