Minister of Health and Social Protection Albana Koçiu gave the news.

“A wonderful news has come from the “Queen Geraldine” Maternity Hospital. Three little angels, Iliriana, Amaya and Cataleya, have come to life, bringing endless joy to the parents and the medical staff who have followed this special delivery with dedication”, said Koçiu.

Koçiu expressed, “Heartfelt congratulations to the new family and a long, happy and blessed life for the little triplets”.

The triplets also benefit from the baby bonus. Since 2019, the government and the Ministry of Health and Social Protection continue to support the baby bonus program, from which there have benefited around 227 thousand families who have brought their children to life.

The baby bonus is only available to families living and contributing in Albania, providing support of 40,000 lekë for the birth of the first child; 80,000 lekë for the second child, and 120,000 lekë for the birth of the third child. /k.s/j.p/p.s./
